HOSPITALITY / NIGHTLIFE

Auburn SkyBar

VIP

platform, analytics & predictive ops

I led a full rebuild of the digital platform for Auburn SkyBar, a high-traffic nightlife venue — a full-stack system for VIP memberships, internal operations, and financial forecasting. I worked as full-stack developer, systems architect, and data engineer, rebuilding on Wix Velo, custom HTML, and AWS-hosted infrastructure with a custom SQL database integrated end to end.

Architecture

Velo + AWS SQL

THE PROBLEM

The business had no single system for VIP memberships, limited visibility into customer behavior and revenue trends, no practical tools for demand and financial forecasting, and no backend architecture that could grow with a busy venue.

THE SOLUTION

Engineered a hybrid stack: Wix Velo plus custom HTML on the front, custom backend logic and API integrations, and an AWS-hosted SQL database wired into the site. The system manages VIP onboarding and membership data in real time, tracks and analyzes activity and engagement, exposes administrative dashboards for day-to-day operations, and includes financial projection and insight tooling so leadership can reason about revenue trends. Staff-facing panels support user, data, and workflow management across the operation.

THE OUTCOME

The site moved from marketing-only to a business-critical layer: clearer VIP performance, stronger revenue visibility, and smoother internal workflows, with a foundation for data-driven hospitality management in a high-traffic environment.
