Clinix AI is an AI-driven healthcare platform for clinical documentation, coding, and billing. As full-stack developer, AI systems engineer, and product architect, I built the production app in Flutter, shipped it on the App Store (iOS), architected audio → structured notes → billing-code pipelines, and shaped the broader go-to-market surface (including marketing) for providers and enterprise adoption.

THE PROBLEM

Healthcare providers lose hours every day to manual charting, ICD-10 and CPT coding, and administrative work. That cuts time with patients, increases burnout, and slows the revenue cycle.

THE SOLUTION

The platform turns doctor–patient conversations into structured SOAP notes via an AI ambient scribe. The client app is implemented in Flutter and released on the App Store for iOS; it ties into services that propose ICD-10, CPT, and DSM-5 codes and support an end-to-end documentation-to-billing flow with EHR integration to Athenahealth. Infrastructure is built for HIPAA-aligned handling of PHI. Workflows match how clinicians work in high-trust settings, and the go-to-market side includes conversion-focused SaaS pages (demo, signup, pricing) for B2B healthcare sales.

THE OUTCOME

Target operational impact is roughly 2.5 hours saved per provider per day, billing accuracy in the high nineties, less cognitive load on admin work, and faster claims submission. This was not a surface-level UI pass — it combined product positioning, clinical workflow UX, and technical delivery across the Flutter app, APIs, and Automated Intelligence.
