THE PROBLEM
A logistics operations team was running their day on a combination of 5 spreadsheets, a legacy internal tool from 2017, and constant Slack messages asking for status updates. Information was siloed, decisions were slow, and onboarding new team members took weeks.
THE SOLUTION
We ran a 3-day discovery sprint to map all data flows and decision points. Built a Next.js dashboard with role-based access, real-time status tracking, a task assignment system, and an automated daily digest. Supabase handled real-time sync across the team.
