RT Direct

RT Direct is a healthcare staffing platform that connects radiologic technologists with high-paying job opportunities across the United States. As full-stack developer, product designer, and platform architect, I designed and built the entire platform UI/UX, developed job matching and lead capture flows, created a conversion-focused landing and onboarding funnel, and structured the product for two-sided marketplace scalability.

THE PROBLEM

Radiologic technologists face slow placement, limited visibility into premium roles, weak recruiter communication, and little flexibility on location. Healthcare facilities face staffing shortages, inefficient recruiting pipelines, and long hiring cycles — both sides needed a faster, clearer path from interest to placement.

THE SOLUTION

I built a platform that connects technologists to strong roles faster through a structured matching system keyed to preferences and qualifications, surfaces travel and location-based opportunities, and prioritizes high-paying listings. Job matching and lead capture flows reduce friction; the landing and onboarding funnel is tuned for conversion; the architecture supports scaling across many facilities as a true two-sided marketplace.

THE OUTCOME

The network supports 80+ healthcare facilities nationwide. Matching workflows were tightened to speed placement; technologist-facing positioning reflects roughly 4.9/5 satisfaction; overall hiring friction is reduced for both technologists and facilities.
